This flat in Salcombe has undergone a full refurbishment, including new roof, gas central heating and full re-wire.  A new rear 38 square meter extension has been added to accommodate two large bedrooms at the rear and a small dining room extension has been added to the front of the property. A veranda has also been incorporated in the roof design to the front and side of the building. It was clad and rendered on the exterior and had internally plastered walls with a timber clad vaulted ceiling in the main living spaces.
